1. Coaching Services
Our coaching services are designed to support personal growth, relationship development, communication skills, and sexual wellness education.
Coaching is educational and goal-oriented and is not psychotherapy, counselling, social work, medical treatment, or legal advice.
Participation is voluntary, and clients are responsible for their own decisions and actions.
2. No Professional Medical or Mental Health Advice
Information provided through coaching, courses, workshops, emails, social media, or this website is intended for educational purposes only.
Clients should seek qualified medical, psychological, legal, or financial professionals when appropriate.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase coaching services unless written consent from a parent or legal guardian is provided where legally permitted.
4. Payment
Payment is due before services are rendered unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Failure to pay may result in cancellation of appointments or suspension of services.
5. Cancellation Policy
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full.
Clients arriving late will receive the remaining scheduled session time.
Repeated no-shows may result in termination of coaching services.
6. Refund Policy
Because coaching involves reserved time and personalized services, refunds are generally not provided once a session has occurred.
Programs and packages may have separate refund policies outlined at purchase.
7. Client Responsibility
Clients understand that:
Results cannot be guaranteed.
Progress depends on personal effort.
The coach is not responsible for decisions made by the client.
Clients remain solely responsible for their physical, emotional, and financial wellbeing.
8. Confidentiality
Information shared during coaching will be treated confidentially except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or others.
Electronic communication cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Intellectual Property
All materials, worksheets, guides, videos, graphics, logos, and content on this website remain the intellectual property of Soul Play Coafching.
They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or sold without written permission.
10. Website Use
Users agree not to:
Use the website unlawfully
Attempt unauthorized access
Introduce malicious software
Copy website content without permission
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soul Play Coaching shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website or coaching services.
